Oi Pri, obrigado pela mensagem de hoje sobre Transição está sendo a minha lição para hoje. É bem recente minha prática, porém através de suas aulas eu sinto a transformação, as dores que sinto no pescoço, nas costas e na lombar já diminuíram consideravelmente; além de que me fez aproximar mais da paz comigo mesmo e com os outros.
Sou fascinado com a filosofia do Budismo Tibetano, e suas técnicas me possibilita mas ainda a aproximação com a meditação pois além de envolver a mente envolve também o corpo e espírito.
