Aula de yoga super pedida aqui no canal: para crianças!
Cada criança é diferente, mas de forma geral eu diria que recomendo essa aula para crianças entre 2.5 e 6 anos de idade.
O meu filho tem 18 meses ( no momento que posto esssa aula ) e ele não apenas não tem interesse pela prática ainda, mas quando me vê praticando pede pra eu parar – aí ele usa o tapete pra colocar os brinquedos dele! Haha
O importante é jamais forçar uma criança a praticar só porque você gostaria que ela praticasse.
Dicas:
- Quando possível deixe a criança apenas te observar praticando
- Se a criança tiver interesse vocês podem praticar juntos
- A criança não precisa fazer a aula de cabo a rabo – é pra ser mais uma brincadeira que aos poucos a criança por si mesma vai descobrindo a sua respiração, aprendendo os nomes das posturas e assim por diante…
