Essa aula possui a intenção de realmente te convidar a sair da zona de conforto e quem sabe experimentar algo novo sem frustração? Ou se a frustração rolar, como lidar com ela?
A prática mental, física e emocional andam sempre de mãos dadas. Focamos em fortalecer o abdômen, mas principalmente os braços e ombros para nos preparar para a postura de sustentação sobre as mãos do corvo ( bakasana ) e temos super relaxamento no final.
Lembre-se : as posturas não são o destino, são parte da caminhada. Pratique com esforço, mas sem forçar.
É sempre bacana experimentar algo novo ou diferente … e mantermos a mente e o coração ( e o ego ) de iniciantes.

Pri, mais uma vez obrigada pelas suas aulas. Hoje eu suei como precisava. Não consegui fazer a postura do corvo inteira, mas tentei e dei risadas. Fiquei com vontade de uma invertida e me lembrei de uma aula sua de preparação para invertidas com a ajuda da parede. Fiz algumas vezes e estou me sentindo ótima, obrigada por fazer parte disso.
